一、基本情况




刘立成,男,博士,副教授、岳麓学者、博士生导师, 湖南省优秀青年基金获得者,IEEE Senior Member担任湖南省数字医学学会常务理事,国家新一代自主安全计算系统产业集群专家委员会专家湖南省人工智能学会青年工作委员会委员,同时也是机器人视觉感知与控制技术国家工程研究中心青年骨干。近年来,CVPRTIPTNNLSTCYBTCSVTTGRS等顶会顶刊发表论文60余篇,其中IEEE TransactionsCVPR论文40篇(一作/通讯27篇),IF>10的论文18申请/授权发明专利20余项Google学术引用1500H指数20。担任《Machine Learning Research》、《中国科学与技术学报期刊编委、《Electronics》的客座编辑(Guest Editor)。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项(面上1项、青年1项)、湖南省自然科学基金项目2项(优秀青年基金1项、青年基金1项)、广东省自然科学基金面上项目1项、中央高校基本科研业务费1项。2016年获澳门博士研究生科技研发奖,2018年获湖南大学岳麓学者称号2022获湖南省高等教育教学成果特等奖12023获国家级研究生教学成果二等奖12024年获中国自动化学会自然科学奖三等奖1项(第一完成人),2025年获《中国科学与技术》学报青年学者一等奖

四、研究领域




图像处理,计算机视觉,人工智能。具体如下:

应用方面:图像超分辨率、暗光图像增强、暗弱目标检测、低质图像识别等

基础理论方面:深度学习、机器学习、宽度学习等新型模型和算法设计
